Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Commissioner Shravan Hardikar said that the BRTS on this route will be launched for a period of two months as per the permission granted by the Bombay High Court. गुरुवार, २६ जुलै, २०१८ पत्रकारितेतील बदलत्या तंत्रज्ञानाचा प्रवास मंगळवार, २४ जुलै, २०१८ कामिल पारखे कोणताही व्यवसाय अनेकविध बदलांतून प्रवास करतो. वृत्तपत्र व्यवसायाने खूप मोठे तांत्रिक बदल थोड्या काळात बघितले. या बदलांचा पट, ते अनुभवलेल्या एका बातमीदाराच्या नजरेतून. आधुनिक छपाई तंत्रज्ञानाचा शोध लागला पंधराव्या शतकात. तेव्हापासून कागदावर शब्दे उमटू लागली.  मात्र जोहानस गटेनबर्गने  हा शोध लावल्यानंतर त्यानंतर विसाव्या शतकापर्यंत या तंत्रज्ञानात फारशी प्रगती झाली नव्हती. पुस्तके  आणि वृत्तपत्रे जुन्याच पद्धतीने म्हणजे खिळ्यांची अक्षरे जुळवून छापली जात. ही पुरातन पद्धत भारतात अगदी १९८०च्या दशकापर्यंत चालू होती. मी पत्रकारितेची सुरुवात केली ती १९८१ साली.  तेव्हा मराठी आणि इतर प्रादेशिक भाषेतील  वृत्तपत्रांच्या छापखान्यांत  खिळ्यांची अक्षरे जुळवून छपाई होत असे. अशा छपाईच्या आणि बातमी संकलनाच्या अगदी जुन्या  पद्धतीपासून  तो थेट आताच्या अत्याधुनिक पद्धतीच्या पत्रकारितेमध्ये झालेल्या प्रवासाचा मी एक साक्षीदार आहे. लँडलाईन, टेल...
